Question:
I have not finished shopping, how long will the goods be stored in the basket?
Answer:
The goods in the basket will be stored for 365 days, if you are a registered user.

Question:
Can an order be sent to an address other than the one registered?
Answer:
Yes. You may define several additional delivery addresses in the bookmark YOUR ACCOUNT/PERSONAL DATA.

Question:
Does the price next to the product cover for the cost of delivery?
Answer:
No. The cost of delivery will be calculated as soon as you complete your order and select the method of delivery. You will see the amount on the summary page, before you confirm your order.

Question:
In the basket next to the item selected the following text appears “We have just run out of this product”. What has happened?
Answer:
Unfortunately, someone has purchased the last piece of that product in the meantime. You have to remove that product from your basket in order to continue order placing.

Question:
Why is my order fulfilment delayed?
Answer:
We are updating the availability of products on a current basis. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that the supplier refuses our order or delays it. Therefore, we cannot meet the delivery date. In such cases we always inform the customer by e-mail or on the phone, requesting a decision whether the customer is willing to wait for the delivery or wishes to cancel the order.
