The preparations to treat artificial flies, fly lines, leaders, tippets, waders, jackets, reels or fly fishing clothing represent a separate branch of industry. Special substances elongate the life cycle of our fly fishing equipment, improve the floating characteristics of flies and lines or the sinking behaviour of leaders and tippets. They may be used in very low and very high temperatures we cope with during the fly fishing season.
