The Rio Vanda is a traditional fabric shoe. It's our entry level wading shoe but it offers good support and comfortable fit. It's built in the same way as our more technical shoes; the upper shoe is stitched and glued to the midsole, making this a long-lasting companion. The front part’s rough & tough PVC material is there to take the hardest beating and together with the strong and sheltering EVA midsole they make this shoe long-lasting in normal use. The felt outsole gives very good grip when wading and if needed, it can be studded with our tungsten tip studs (sold separately).

The table shows the length in centimetres of the sho insole.
Measure your foot by placing your heel against a wall, e.g., standing on a ruler. Choose the right size by selecting an insole that is +- 3.5-4.5 cm longer than the length of your foot. It is worth paying attention to this because your feet swell a little when wading, and shoes that are too small restrict circulation in your feet, making them cold easily.
